Shoe quality inspection method:

1. 2. Baotou: A few days ago, measure whether the outer toe cap is correct and flat, and whether the outer toe caps of the two shoes in the same pair are symmetrical. Press the toe cap with your thumb to observe the deformation and recovery.

3. Thickness of the outsole: generally use a steel ruler to measure the thickness of the relevant parts of the bottom wall. If necessary, cut the sole along the axis of the outsole, and use a steel ruler to measure the thickness of the relevant parts of the outsole at the cut place. The bottom wall is shaped or Arcs, etc., and can be measured with vernier calipers when they cannot be measured with a ruler.

4. Insole length: cut off the upper, stick the insole with a shoe tape ruler, and measure the distance between the front and rear ends of the insole. When inspecting the factory, you can take the same product and the model number of the inspected product. bottom to measure.
